Just as a reminder (since it's hard to differentiate which team play basketball, which teams play football, and what few teams do both!) here are the Big East teams... in football:

1. | West Virginia | 12-0 | 7-0 | 4 | 83.01 | 24 |
2. | Louisville | 11-1 | 6-1 | 8 | 83.52 | 50 |
3. | Rutgers | 10-2 | 5-2 | 18 | 77.88 | 71 |
4. | South Florida | 8-4 | 4-3 | 35 | 76.27 | 48 |
5. | Pitt | 7-5 | 3-4 | 55 | 67.30 | 49 |
6. | Cincinnati | 6-6 | 2-5 | 65 | 69.59 | 46 |

It's hard to compare a 8 team league with a 12 team league, but I will try...
Big East/ACC/edge
1. WVU/Vtech - wash
2. UL/FSU - wash/UL edge
3. RU/BC - wash/RU edge
4. USF/Gtech - ACC
5. Pitt/CU - ACC
6. Cinn/Miami/Mary - ACC
7. Conn/Wake/NCST - ACC
8. SU/UNC/Duke/UVA - wash/ACC edge
I based these on the last couple of years and potential for this year. I added multiple teams towards the end of the list to balance the # of teams. I give the overall edge to the ACC with a slight top edge to the Big East.
